“ This is some of the best barbecue we’ve had since we left Texas. Very impressed by the meat even without adding sauce. Their potato salad is extra tasty and dairy free. The tater tots are nice and crispy. The portions were generous. The atmosphere is rustic and super cute. There are several different bbq sauces offered and all of them are delicious. I didn’t check out the bathroom. They have a fantastic covered outdoor seating area which we took advantage of. They also have an expansive craft beer offering. ”
“ You might drive right without seeing it but pulling over and getting some barbecue sandwiches won’t disappoint. They’ve got great indoor seating and some really cool and covered outdoor seating. Lots of microbrews on tap and a few ciders. The menu is very diverse. There is something for everyone. 4 to 5 different barbecue sauces, give each a try, you won’t be disappointed. I found the atmosphere quiet and easy to have a friendly conversation. Staff was very knowledgeable about brews in tap and super friendly. Try it out you will love it. ”
“ It’s taken me awhile to write a review. I could say so much about Bill and Tim’s but I’ll keep it short. We love this place. This is the only place my picky a*s kids will eat at. I have kids with first world taste forgetting their parents are on a 3rd world budget. So, that alone, they deserve like 10 stars. Service is great and I can eat here without feeling like I need to work overtime to pay the bill. Thanks guys! ”

“ Decent que' here served by friendly people each time I've been. The smell of meat being BBQ'd is just a siren song to a TN boy. To many thick core pieces of cabbage that just don't get shredded right into the slaw is my only gripe.. the 'tater salad is good, finally someplace that cooks them properly. ”
“ I went in during a slow afternoon. The host was incredibly helpful. I had no clue what I wanted. They guided me through the menu and ultimately ended up going with the meat platter. After a few more questions I ended up with sausage, brisket, and pull pork. With Mac n cheese as a side and a sweet tea. Every single piece of that meal was the bomb! Some of the best bbq I have had in a while. They had sauces on the side which was nice. I mixed and matched to get the flavor profile I liked. Overall a great time. I advise anyone to check it out ”
“ Got a bunch of pulled pork, some mac and cheese and the cajun fries. Good price for what you get Pulled pork was great, I'm partial to a sweeter sauce so the sweet smokey one was perfect for me. Mac and cheese was good and creamy. Fries were cold and not too impressive would probably just do extra mac in the future. Would recommend for BBQ in the area! ”
